Your Responsibilities: 

  • Lead project and work streams in the areas of operations within the Group Operations Team.
  • Identify opportunities and bring focus in areas such as operational strategy/production efficiency production systems, process improvements, productivity enhancements, quality/waste optimisation, reliability.
  • Provide technical and managerial content.
  • Communicate project results to stakeholders effectively.
  • Enable effective change to support the transformation efforts within our production network/plants.

 

Our Requirements:

  • Solid business understanding and effective communication, including intercultural competence.
  • Extensive understanding of production systems like IWS, BPS, TPS, or similar alternatives.
  • Focused on processes, skilled at solving problems, and motivated to achieve strong results.
  • Excellent at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Languages: 

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • German and/or other language would be an advantage.

 

Education: 

  • University degree in a technical or economic discipline, MBA is considered a plus.

 

Experience:

  • 3–5 years' experience in operations management or consulting.
  • Experienced in project management with a structured approach.

Other: 

  • Willingness to travel on average 65%
