Communication Specialist (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

Executing our Mondi Swiecie communication plans with exciting projects and initiatives throughout the year
Managing our new intranet which digitally connects all our colleagues, including publishing news, responding to comments and creating new stories
Managing the creation and publication of our other internal communication channels, including our TV screens, posters, and internal events
Co-creating campaigns that position Mondi Swiecie as a great place to work, using Social Media and other channels to connect with target audiences
Monitoring the media and social media for news and topics that affects Mondi Swiecie and alerting colleagues when action is necessary
Working with HR colleagues on our presence at fairs and other partnerships to attract the next generation of talent
Working with colleagues who lead our community outreach initiatives to make sure they have the necessary materials
Working with colleagues in SHE (safety, health & environment) on campaigns that keep our people and contractors safe and healthy
Support our sustainable development experts with creating communication materials that explain the progress we are making in Swiecie towards our Mondi Action Plan 2030
Analysing the effectiveness of our communication activities and offering ideas for further improvement
Actively involved in our Corrugated Packaging communication & marketing community where you exchange views and good practice with other communication & marketing experts from across our business

Your profile:

Higher education (psychology, sociology, communication, marketing, management)
4+ years’ experience in communication or marketing
Good knowledge of English
Good written and verbal communication skills
Practical knowledge in using communication tools in everyday work, such as: intranet, LCD screens and others.
Creativity and courage in action, open to new ideas and change
Teamwork skills
