Job Summary:
Loads paper rolls onto Tuber in correct position, assists in the operation, set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the machines.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follows safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and quality guidelines.
  • Accurately reads and interprets plant order information, completing required forms on time.
  • Retrieves materials for production, installs paper rolls, and performs running splices.
  • Conducts quality checks, adjusts machines, and troubleshoots issues.
  • Assists in machine setup, preventative maintenance, and rework activities.
  • Performs housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for handling equipment and machinery.
  • Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Flexible to work 8-12 hour shifts, rotating days off, weekends, overnight shifts, and overtime as needed.
