Position Purpose

  • The Sales Trainee position will provide an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience in the field of sales and marketing. Sales Trainee will work under the guidance of experienced sales professionals to learn the skills required for success in the industry. The goal of the Sales Trainee role is to provide a hands-on learning experience that allows the trainee to develop their sales skills, build their professional network, and gain valuable insights into the sales process within the packaging solutions industry.

 

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. 
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage and service existing Customer base.  
  • Attend sales meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts. 
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis of sales data. 
  • Perform other duties as required 

 

 

Our Requirements

  • Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel. 
  • Must possess good analytical, numerical, problem solving and reasoning abilities.
