About the Role
In this position, you will review customer requests for new orders, review artwork for customer orders, set up order in database system, assist in scheduling production, coordinate finished product releases, invoice customers and inventory tracking.
Your Mission
- Manage customer service activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with customer and sales representatives to assure customer satisfaction
- Enter and review new orders; Schedule orders.
- Review artwork for new orders and changes to artwork when needed
- Set up customer orders for production in database system
- Coordinate finished product releases
- Invoice customers for shipments
- Track orders through manufacturing process
- Prepare weekly inventory reports
- Coordinate necessary documents for billing with appropriate department
- Research customer inquiries
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings
Your Profile
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- BA/BS degree, preferred
