Your Mission
Mondi is looking for a Customer Service Representative to review customer requests for new orders, review artwork for customer orders, set up order in datatbase system, assist in scheduling production, coordinate finished releases, invoice customers and inventory tracking.

  • Work closely with customer and sales representatives to assure customer satisfaction. 
  • Enter and review new orders. 
  • Schedule orders. 
  • Review artwork for new orders and changes to artwork when needed. 
  • Set up customer orders for production in database system.
  • Coordinate finished product releases.
  • Invoice customers for shipments. 
  • Track orders through manufacturing process.
  • Prepare weekly inventory reports. 
  • Data entry and information processing. 
  • Customer relationship principles and practices.
  • Coordinate necessary documents for billing with appropriate department.
  • Research customer inquiries.
  • Attend and participate in business meetings. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience in Customer Service of a manufacturing plant.
  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to use the following computer programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to self-direct activities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service fundamentals and analysis.
  • Ability to critically analyze and prepare complex reports and projections.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions while working under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.
