Your mission:

Review customer requests for new orders, review artwork for customer orders, set up order in database system, assist in scheduling production, set up shipments, invoice customers, inventory tracking. 

 

•    Work closely with customer and sales representatives to assure customer satisfaction. 
•    Enter and review new orders. 
•    Schedule orders. 
•    Review artwork for new orders and changes to artwork when needed. 
•    Set up customer orders for production in database system.
•    Set up shipments. 
•    Invoice customers for shipments. 
•    Track orders through manufacturing process.
•    Prepare weekly inventory reports. 
•    Data entry and information processing. 
•    Customer relationship principles and practices.
•    Coordinate necessary documents for billing with appropriate department.
•    Research customer inquiries.
•    Attend and participate in business meetings.

 

Your profile: 
•    2 years+ experience in Customer Service of a manufacturing plant.
•    High School Diploma or GED equivilent required 
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•    Ability to self-direct activities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•    Knowledge of Customer Service fundamentals and analysis.
•    Ability to critically analyze and prepare complex reports and projections.
•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions while working under pressure.
•    Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.
•    Work hours will typically be scheduled by the Manager, however, customer and company needs will sometimes require longer working hours.
