Role responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive.

Develop and manage the annual budget for compensation and benefits programs.

Collaborate with businesses & sites to ensure consistency in compensation and benefits policies across the company.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs.

Support compensation programs including benchmarking, equal pay analysis and job levelling.

Work with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.

Travel as needed to plant locations – approximately 10%
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; CEBS or GBA certification preferred.
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and managing large-scale compensation and benefits programs in a multi-state or multi-national environment.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and best practices related to compensation and benefits, such as FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Section 125.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data, market trends and benchmarking data to design competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Experience leading and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects within prescribed deadlines.
