Your mission:
- Work in an administrative, routine, compliance and detailed orientated environment
- Participate in workplace specific procedures related to specific clerical and administrative tasks
- Record and report on routine work processes and maintain backlog
- Maintaining departmental administrative processes and systems for the drawing office including general administration, drawing backlogs, basic document control and work schedule support
- Take a practical role in administrative systems and resources ensuring optimal accurate administration, data and reporting to enable decision-making
- Perform routine administration tasks such as leave, meetings and drawing enquiries
- Engage in liaison with other stakeholders for data input and output purpose
Your profile:
- Matric
- NQF level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 – 3 Years of experience in an administrative function
- Strong experience working with MS office
- Experience on SAP and DataViewer would be advantageous
