Your mission:

 

  • Perform main laboratory analyst functions in measuring of pulp quality, raw materials quality, printing quality and providing feedback regarding testing and findings
  • Analyze data, interpret and record quality data
  • Updating systems, procedures and calibrate equipment regarding statutory requirements
  • Prepare documentation and systems for auditing
  • Investigate, measure and provide feedback of customer complaints
  • Supply quality specific input into departmental plans
  • Generating information for reports
  • Comply to HSEQ requirements and ISO standards
  • Have a role in maintaining compliance certificates

 

Your profile:

 

  • Minimum qualification is Matric with Maths and Science
  • Tertiary qualification in Industial / Analytical Chemistry would be advantegous 
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in pulp and paper analysis and testing within a laboratory environment in the pulp and paper industry
