Your responsibilities:
The Program Manager is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions that form part of the Mondi Academy 2.0.
Accountable for the end-to-end cycle of learning management of existing programs: nomination, design, delivery execution and evaluation.

Accountable for the end-to-end cycle of learning management of existing programs: communication, participant nomination, program design, learning delivery, program follow up and evaluation.
What You'll Do
- Shape Leadership Development
Redesign and launch programmes that build good leaders and embed Mondi’s values, including signature programs aimed at all levels of leadership (First Line Managers, Middle Managers and Senior Leaders) - Boost Skills and Learning Access
Introduce a global online soft skills offering and modernise product training with digital and “glocal” delivery models. - Create Impactful Communication
Design and execute a marketing and communication plan that makes learning easy to access and positions Mondi Academy as a driver of business success. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to showcase Mondi as an employer of choice. - Enhance Digital Learning Experience
Manage key platforms like Busuu for language learning, streamline processes, and leverage our Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) for a seamless learner journey. - Measure and Improve
Implement automated evaluation processes to track training effectiveness and learner engagement, and support managers and employees in applying learning on the job.

Design and execute a compelling communication and marketing plan that ensures employees and managers understand how to access learning at Mondi
- Review existing communication approach from the Mondi Academy
- Create a marketing/communications plan that positions learning as an enabler of business and individual success that drives quality learner engagement with Mondi Academy
- Create internal and external marketing content to drive appropriate utilisation of the Mondi Academy, and showcase Mondi as an employer of choice, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
Process design and automation
Manage Mondi Academy’s key digital learning capabilities, to drive a great Learner experience for employees and the best business value for Mondi.
- Busuu (Language learning)
- Contract and supplier management
- Creation of improved processes / automation opportunities to:
- Onboard new learners
- Gain feedback on usage
- Evaluate effectiveness
- Offboard lapsed users
- Integrate Busuu with SAP LMS (Learning items and Learning History)
- Manage the evaluation of all learning interventions (Classroom, virtual classroom, digital and eLearning)
- Implement an automated Learning Evaluation process consisting of Net Promoter Score, training effectiveness and efficiency measures
- Implement a mechanism for learning follow up, to support learners and line managers to adopt a 70/20/10 mindset in applying learning from the Mondi Academy
Our requirements:
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills
- High attention to detail, able to plan, organize, execute and adapt to emerging business needs
- Great communicator, able to manage, influence, challenge and support internal and external stakeholders inc. suppliers
- Deep expertise in Learning and Development, in at least three of the following areas:
- Learning Needs Analysis
- Digital Learning/Instructional Design
- Learner Experience
- Online / Virtual Facilitation
- Leadership Development
- Coaching
- Psychometrics and 360 Feedback
Languages:
- excellent command of written and spoken English
- German and/or Polish language skills are an additional asset
Education:
- University degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Business, or Psychology, or Human Resources (Business is an advantage, but not required)
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in managing Learning and Development activities on a global scale
- Track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Talent Management experience / exposure an advantage
- Digital first and global mindset
- Ability to work in changing environments and handle ambiguity. Agile work practices, project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and team-oriented culture
