Your responsibilities:
The Learning Operations Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of learning at Mondi. With direct accountability for Mondi Academy programs, and responsibility for coordination and administration of other learning activity in partnership with the business.
Organise and ensure the smooth running of all Mondi Academy programs
- Create training items, events, sessions and eLearning objects in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
- Ensure accurate billing and cost booking with the accounting department
- Support the L&D budget for learning and development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals, maintaining accurate records of actual spend and recharges
- Liaise with external vendors (EventPlan, SeminarGo, MDI) to act as
Provide an excellent learner experience
- Manage the Mondi Academy mailbox ensuring all queries are responded to within 24 hours, and resolved within 5 business days
- Provide first line support to learners for SAP SuccessFactors LMS and course booking
- Conduct course follow up including evaluation, NPS and any other required follow up, to track the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate high volume / company wide learning requirements
- Maintain the Mondi Academy training plan
- Coordinate and manage compliance training assignments, completion and reporting requirements
- Coordinate and manage FLM training assignments, completion and reporting requirements, including FLM refresher and experienced FLM program. Liaise with local HR and Mondi supplier(s) as and when needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with learning and development activities, including compliance with safety, legal and regulatory requirements. Resolve or escalate identified issues as appropriate.

Languages:
- excellent command of written and spoken English
- German and/or Polish language skills are an additional asset
Education:
- University degree (bachelor's degree or equivalent) in psychology or business an advantage
Experience:
- Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in using SAP SuccessFactors LMS or similar learning management system. Proficient in Digital learning content libraries. Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook and MS Excel. Experience with instructional design software an advantage.
- Vendor Management: Experience in liaising with external vendors and ensuring service delivery meets organizational standards. Experience in negotiating contract renewals an advantage.
- Customer Service Orientation: Professional, Positive and Polite Strong focus on providing excellent learner experiences and resolving queries at pace.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct course follow-ups, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting to support L&D budget activities.
- Organisational Skills: Proficiency in coordinating high-volume learning requirements and maintaining training plans.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of compliance training requirements and the ability to manage assignments, completion, and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage the Mondi Academy mailbox and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with learning and development activities, ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
