As a Controlling Business Process Lead within the Business Segment Corrugated Solutions (CrS) you will play a key role in driving process excellence, digitalisation, and system optimisation across the Controlling stream. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting key stakeholders, and contributing to Mondi CrS’s overall competitiveness.

 

  • Be responsible for implementing the Controlling planned projects from business point of view to ultimately support and improve the efficiency of daily operational tasks through systems and increase Mondi Corrugated Solution’s competitiveness
  • You will be part of the new processes for CO (new CO concept) and be part of the roll outs
  • Design and maintain standardised and harmonised Controlling processes across all CrS plants
  • Act as the primary contact for Controlling stakeholders across Mondi CrS
  • Communication towards Controlling Key Users in entire Mondi CrS
  • Close contact with other Cluster Leads and other Business Process Experts about the updates, open topics, etc. and your IT counterpart
  • Evaluate and test change requests in SAP CO (need, scope, impact)
  • Manage first-level support for CO-related incidents and requests
  • Conduct sprint testing and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements
  • Own and continuously improve assigned controlling processes and functionalities
  • Drive and support automation and digitalisation initiatives in collaboration with local plant teams
  • Train and support Controlling Key Users across the Business Segment
  • Create and maintain guidelines based on implemented solutions
  • Continuously update process maps, handbooks, and modelling standards
  • Coordinate and track migration activities, reporting to the Business Process Development Manager
  • Foster a culture of transformation and continuous improvement within the organisation

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

 

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in CO process management and project implementation
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CO modules and related systems.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good Finance understanding
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent command of English, in addition Czech / Polish/ German/ Turkish is advantage
  • Willingness to learn and strong team spirit
  • Readiness to travel (up to 25% during roll outs time)
