ROLE SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Managing Director and Management Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient coordination, clear communication, and smooth day-to-day operations within the Administration function. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational capability is essential.
YOUR MISSION
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and key documents
- Draft, edit, and distribute professional communications on behalf of the Managing Director and Management Team
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Mondi colleagues and community partners
- Support internal and external communications as required
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with special projects, initiatives, and departmental priorities
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in an executive or senior administrative support role
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- High proficiency with office technology and digital tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities
- Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills

This role is based in Hinton, Alberta, located approximately 20 minutes east of Jasper National Park and about 2½ hours west of Edmonton.
