Regional Sales DACH/BLX (m/w/d)

The Role
- An important and pivotal role in the success of further developing our business, reporting to the DACH/BLX Regional Manager
- Home based – high degree of autonomy
- Able to generate sales to targeted levels with existing and new customers through a structured, disciplined and professional approach
- Manage customers and influence them positively through the establishment and maintenance of strong, cross-functional relationships
- Anticipate and participate in customer developments, assisting at a technical level where needed
- Gather and report market intelligence
- Work in close daily collaboration with the DACH/BLX sales team, — as well as colleagues from internal departments (eg. sales administration, application engineering, quality assurance, finance) across Mondi’s international plant network to ensure seamless customer support and efficient project execution
Requirements
- Proven Sales Expertise: A results-driven sales professional with a strong track record in delivering profitable growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Flexible Packaging Know-How: Solid competence in flexible packaging, ideally in the food sector, with hands-on experience in high-performance laminates (e.g. coffee, retort applications)
- Familiar with HD flexo and rotogravure printing technologies
- Segment-Specific Experience: Background in the Coffee and Fresh & Processed Food segments is an advantage
- Comfortable discussing technical topics and translating them into customer value
- Well-connected in the industry and confident managing key customer accounts independently
- Sees a long-term future in field sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Digital & Organizational Skills: Confident using Microsoft Office and sales management tools (CRM, etc.)
- Able to plan, report and follow up efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team Spirit & Independence: A natural team player who enjoys collaborating, but just as effective working solo
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and ready to take full ownership of their responsibilities
- Holds a valid driving license and is open to travel as part of the role
