Your mission:  

  • Implement the business segment quality strategy aligned with regional objectives. 
  • Ensure that Mondi quality policies and procedures are met, and best practices are exchanged. 
  • Ensure standardized quality inspection protocols are followed across all sites. 
  • Lead a team of quality managers and specialists to drive high performance. 
  • Analyse root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. 
  • Lead customer complaint resolution and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. 
  • Coach and develop quality teams to build strong expertise in quality management. 
  • Conduct training programs on quality standards, problem-solving, and compliance. 

 

Your profile:  

  • 7+ years in a Quality management function in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Hands-on experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.). 
  • Experience leading cultural transformation towards a quality-driven mindset. 
  • Experience in leading quality improvement projects across multiple locations. 
  • Experience in training others on given or self-identified quality topics. 
  • Excellent process and system knowledge. 
  • Analytical mindset in combination of good project management skills. 
  • KPI driven mindset in combination with adaptive communication style. 
  • Strong moderation and communication skills, proficiency in German and English. 
  • Motivated and resilient with a practical, task-oriented approach and a focus on continuous learning. 
  • Enjoys collaboration, building networks, and leading others in a complex environment. 
  • Commitment to maintaining a strong on-site presence at operations within the Central Europe (CE) region.
