Your mission:
- Leadership and professional development of the Inside Sales team, both disciplinary and strategic
- Full accountability for organizing, optimizing, and scaling internal sales processes
- Ensuring efficient account management for existing customers while actively supporting strategic new customer acquisition in close collaboration with the field sales team
- Prioritization and coordination of customer inquiries, quotation processes, and order handling, in alignment with production and other internal departments
- Development of comprehensive sales reporting structures, analysis of key performance indicators, and derivation of concrete actions to drive revenue growth
- Promotion of a high-performance, cross-functional team culture, including the implementation of best practices in day-to-day sales operations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical education, ideally complemented by further training or a degree in sales, business, or management
- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment, along with proven leadership experience
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, coupled with analytical strength in working with data, processes, and KPIs
- Demonstrated success in optimizing sales processes and building high-performing teams
- Solid IT skills, especially in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strategic, hands-on approach
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, Dutch is advantageous
