Your mission: 

  • Leadership and professional development of the Inside Sales team, both disciplinary and strategic
  • Full accountability for organizing, optimizing, and scaling internal sales processes
  • Ensuring efficient account management for existing customers while actively supporting strategic new customer acquisition in close collaboration with the field sales team
  • Prioritization and coordination of customer inquiries, quotation processes, and order handling, in alignment with production and other internal departments
  • Development of comprehensive sales reporting structures, analysis of key performance indicators, and derivation of concrete actions to drive revenue growth
  • Promotion of a high-performance, cross-functional team culture, including the implementation of best practices in day-to-day sales operations

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical education, ideally complemented by further training or a degree in sales, business, or management
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment, along with proven leadership experience
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen, coupled with analytical strength in working with data, processes, and KPIs
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing sales processes and building high-performing teams
  • Solid IT skills, especially in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strategic, hands-on approach
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, Dutch is advantageous
