Your profile

  • Higher technical education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage.
  • Communicative English (advanced level preferred).
  • German language skills are an asset.
  • Category B driving licence.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and technical software:
    ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD (or equivalent), Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent),
    SolidWorks (or equivalent).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and strong spatial imagination.
  • Knowledge of technological processes, packaging production and material characteristics.
  • Ability to manage technical projects.
  • Creativity, independence and responsibility.


Your responsibilities

  • Designing innovative products tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Conducting functionality tests of innovative products on customers’ production lines.
  • Preparing and co‑facilitating workshops for customers.
  • Actively searching for innovative solutions and supporting their implementation.
  • Informing customers about the possibilities and benefits of new technologies.
  • Identifying commercialisation paths for innovative products.
  • Promoting innovative technologies among customers and colleagues.
  • Preparing recommendations for management and project teams.
  • Participating in prototype development and gathering feedback from potential users.
  • Attending industry seminars and conferences.
  • Close cooperation with the Sales Department and other internal departments.
  • Reporting work results to the supervisor.
  • Compliance with procedures and standards resulting from ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 28000, SA8000 and BRC systems.
