Your mission:
- Paper Procurement: Manage paper sourcing in coordination with plant needs and central sourcing team, ensuring demand planning and board grade optimisation for effective working capital management.
- Non-paper procurement: Align regional needs with group-wide sourcing activities for all categories required for our converting business. Drive automation in business execution further.
- Finished Goods replenishment: Coordinate replenishment for national and international key customers in region/plants. Making sure further optimization is done in processes and systems.
- Warehousing: Oversee warehousing of raw materials and finished goods, both within plants and externally.
- Dispatch & Transport: Coordinate regional dispatch and transport to manage volume flow towards customers. Focus on transport costs, as 2nd biggest cost contributor to "our cost of goods sold" deserves special attention and constant checks for room of improvement. Alignment with Grp. Proc. is essential here.
- Integration of Schumacher: Ensure full integration of Schumacher plants in Mondi's SCM structure and strategy. Manage and execute strategic decisions alongside of integration process. (examples: management of own transport fleet of Schumacher/incorporation of external finished goods warehouses in our existing network/support installation of org. blueprint in Schumacher plants (role of SCM managers)/support BG improvement initiatives according to plans/installation of SCM KPIs in Schumacher plants)
- Regional coordination of standardised SCM processes in S4 HANA/SAP development. This role influences, coordinates, and controls activities to ensure proper management, benchmarking, innovation, and respect for regional and business segment-wide initiatives within plant organisations.
Your profile:
- 10+ years of Supply Chain experience from working in a production/converting site.
- Possesses a strong leadership presence, with a focus on influencing positively and staying connected within a matrix organisation.
- Excellent process and system knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset in combination of good project management skills.
- Strong moderation and communication skills, proficiency in German and English.
- Motivated and resilient with a practical, task-oriented approach and a focus on continuous learning.
- Enjoys collaboration, building networks, and leading others in a complex environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a strong on-site presence at operations within the Central Europe (CE) region.
