Sales Controller Solid Board

Your mission:

As a Sales Controller, you will play a key role in supporting Solid Board management with a focus on ensuring robust sales controlling processes and delivering actionable insights to drive sales performance. You will manage the accuracy of sales data, contribute to budgeting and reporting, and support the digital transformation of sales tools. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and the drive to influence decision-making through financial and sales expertise.

 

  • Responsible for the monthly sales reporting, sales pipeline reporting as well as annual forecasting / budget process of the Solid Board subsidiaries
  • Responsible for overall data quality related to sales controlling including cost accounting
  • Provide comprehensive reports and analyses to central management and sales organisation, acting as sparring partner for management and sales
  • Responsible for (strategic) pricing process incl. the collaboration with procurement, sales and plants
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and digitalization of sales tools, including Compass, Qlik and CRM system.
  • Involvement in strategic growth projects and related management steering committees

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in sales controlling and in an international environment
  • Master's degree in economics, business administration or similar
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel)
  • Preferably experience with SAP, BW, Qlik and working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proactive approach, strong analytical skills and able to communicate through all levels of an organization
  • Eager to drive things forward towards a common goal, highly structured and able to coordinate different workflows
