Sachbearbeiter Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung / Payroll Spezialist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit 20 Std./Woche

Freue Dich auf Dein neues Aufgabenprofil:

 

  • Eingabe und Pflege der Daten im Zeitwirtschaftssystem 
  • Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten im Personalinformationssystem und der Personalakten
  • Koordination und Terminierung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen und anderen personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung incl. Überwachung der Fristen und Termine
  • Erstellung von diversen Auswertungen (Krankenquote, Personalplanung, usw.)

 

Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Profil:

 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern aus allen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
