Finance Director / Kaufmännische Leitung (m/w/d)

  • Steuerung der Geschäftsabläufe und Optimierung der KPI
  • Erstellung von Monats- sowie Jahresabschlüssen, Forecasts, Budgetierung, Reporting, Liquiditäts- sowie Investitionsplanungen
  • Management der Bedarfsanforderungen, Cashflow sowie Zahlungen (Kreditoren, Lohn- und Gehalt), Vertragsgestaltung
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe in den kaufmännischen Prozessen in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung sowie Analyse von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung mit der Belegschaft
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der 5 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Finance und Office Management
  • Reporting an die lokale Geschäftsleitung und die Konzernzentrale sowie Sparringpartner der Geschäftsführung
  • Kontaktperson zum Thema Compliance, für externe Stakeholder (Wirtschaftsprüfer, Anwälte sowie Steuerberater) und Mitglied des lokalen Managementteams


Überzeugen Sie uns mit Ihrem Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches-Studium (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling)
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling/Finance
  • Erste Führungserfahrungen wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzen, Controlling, SAP (FI/CO) sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit MIRAS/Hyperion
  • Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Professionelles und kundenorientieretes Auftreten, gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit, Engagement sowie soziale Kompetenz
  • Klares Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, das Ziel im Blick zu behalten, gepaart mit „Hands-on“-Mentalität und einer hohen Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Applikationen
