You lead and participate on system developments, change requests, incidents and user support.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in project management, operational excellence, continuous improvement, manufacturing transformation or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plant operations and industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digitalisation and technology-enabled improvement, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to transform complex data into clear insights and practical business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, countries and organisational boundaries.
  • A structured and pragmatic approach to project management, with strong follow-up and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify better solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally across the Paper Bags manufacturing network, approximately 25–50% of the time.
  • As part of their professional development, the Operations Project Manager will be assigned for a given period to a Paper Bags plant to cover Production/operations plant related roles.
  • Valuable: Expertise/education on lean manufacturing, six sigma green or black belt, or CI project management; expertise on IWS (Integrated working system) or Process Engineer; expertise on Production/Operations roles on manufacturing (preferably related to packaging industry)
