Your mission:
- Drive the ThinkBox experience in our Świecie facility, bringing the concept to life on-site.
- Collaborate closely with the ThinkBox Manager and an international network of five centres.
- Design and moderate tailored customer journeys and experiences across all centre touchpoints.
- Facilitate workshops, creative sessions, and industry events with the support of Mondi experts.
- Translate technical and market-relevant topics into engaging storylines aligned with Mondi’s values.
- The ThinkBox CMS system management and regular content update.
- Coordinate customer visits, including agendas, logistics, and on-site preparation.
- Manage the facility calendar, ensure smooth operations, and keep the ThinkBox in top condition.
- Align centre activities with sales strategies to create valuable customer interactions.
- Track and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality execution of all events.
Your profile:
- University degree in management, marketing, industrial design, engineering, or other related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in packaging, project management, customer service, marketing, or sales.
- Strong knowledge of packaging trends, design processes and sustainability principles.
- Proficiency in Polish and English (min. B2); German is a plus.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and working with diverse customer groups is a strong asset.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, solution-oriented and comfortable engaging with people from various cultures.
- Highly organised with excellent time and project management skills.
- Confident using tools like Jira or MS Project, and managing both digital and physical event infrastructure.
