Your Mission:

You will be the central driver of production flow and material availability for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, machine utilization, inventory levels, and operating costs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules for printing and converting operations.

  • Plan and manage raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.

  • Coordinate with Procurement and Operations on material availability, equipment readiness, and capacity planning.

  • Participate in daily production meetings and support order fulfillment priorities.

  • Monitor schedule efficiency, downtime, overtime, and lead-time performance to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve scheduling efficiency and plant performance.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing planning experience).

  • 3–5+ years of production scheduling and materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging, paper, printing, converting, or similar preferred).

  • Proven experience managing multi-machine production schedules, raw material planning, and coordinating with procurement in a make-to-order environment.

  • Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel; SAP experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles, with strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
