Job title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Germany (delivery in EU and Africa)
Location: At any Mondi location or home-office based in Germany
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, Mondi and will play a pivotal role delivering recruitment solutions for the organization. You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, delivering on open role requirements, talent pipelining, and delivering recruitment excellence. This role goes beyond filling vacancies, it’s about building long-term partnerships with stakeholders, aligning talent acquisition with business goals, and enhancing the employer brand through the quality of delivery and customer focus.
Your Mission:
- Talent Acquisition Execution: Manage end-to-end recruitment for business needs and critical roles across the organization. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Strategic partnership and advisory: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into talent acquisition strategies. Lead as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, workforce trends, and strategic guidance. Partner with the business, identifying future talent needs and building proactive sourcing strategies.
- Process improvement and compliance: Continuously improve recruitment delivery to ensure efficiency, satisfaction, and compliance. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
- Data driven decision making: Use recruitment analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on hiring metrics and market conditions.
- Experienced in hiring at various levels: Responsible for hiring early career, professional and senior leadership positions within the German speaking markets. You will also have occasional exposure to other European hiring markets.
- Stakeholder management: Ability to drive the process and manage senior stakeholders during the recruiting process through expectation management, influence, advisory and collaboration.
- Shape the TA Function: Participate as a project member in regional and global HR projects as TA COE subject matter expert.
Your Profile:
- Experienced recruiting for Industrial/manufacturing organisations at a mid and senior leadership level,
- German speaking, with recruiting market knowledge in Germany and other European locations
- Ability to adapt and deliver when faced with ambiguity, complexity and inconsistencies.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a senior or strategic role.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and market intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
