Your mission:
- Take full sales responsibility for eCommerce packaging solutions in Germany, (potentially incl. some other European countries) driving new business development and growth with existing accounts.
- Develop and implement a 3-year strategic account plan for key customers, aligning with Mondi’s broader eCommerce strategy.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships, based on trust, innovation, and shared value.
- Collaborate closely with plants, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in the eCommerce sector, keeping Mondi ahead of the competition.
- Contribute actively to Mondi’s eCommerce market intelligence, bringing customer insights into our strategy and innovation pipeline.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management.
- Experience in budget management, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and account profitability reviews.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and unlock new business opportunities in competitive, mature markets.
- Proven ability to understand customer-specific KPIs, uncover customer needs, and create tailored value propositions.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate across functions (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- High willingness to travel (incl. outside of Germany)
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.
- Fluency in German & English (written and verbal) is essential. Additional language skills are a strong plus, as the role involves cooperation with international teams and customers.
