Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Internal Sales Manager to lead and coordinate our Internal Sales team while acting as a strategic partner to the Commercial Director.
This role combines operational leadership, commercial analysis, sales controlling, and cross-functional coordination between Internal Sales, External Sales teams, Finance, and Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance, supporting decision-making processes, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and develop the Internal Sales team
- Ensure strong collaboration between Internal Sales and External Sales, Finance and Operations area.
- Support the Commercial Director in commercial strategy and operational execution
- Act as Deputy of Sales Manager when is required
- Perform commercial analysis, KPI monitoring, and high-level reporting
- Support sales controlling activities and country performance tracking
- Coordinate commercial activities with other departments such as Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Administration
- Monitor customer performance, business opportunities, margins, and sales forecasts
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within commercial processes
- Promote a strong customer-oriented and results-driven culture
- Travel regularly between company plants/sites to ensure alignment and operational coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and company policies
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in Internal Sales, Sales Coordination, Commercial Controlling, or similar commercial leadership roles
- Strong commercial mindset with strategic business vision
- Experience leading and motivating teams
- High analytical capability and strong reporting skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
- Availability to travel between production plants/sites
